To submit a maintenance request or report a safety concern, such as a street light outage, pot hole, graffiti*, or other problem, please follow the instructions below. Thank you for taking the time to report these problems.
We recommend that you provide your phone number and/or email address. Your information is used only to follow up with your request as directed or to contact you for more information or verification of the problem.
Our goal is to respond to non-urgent service requests within five to ten business days. City staff typically responds to non-hazardous streetlight outage complaints within four weeks of notification (major repairs sometimes take longer). If street light repairs have not been completed within four weeks, please contact us at 925-960-8020.
